When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our kitchen Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend carrier holds. Standard (non-custom) orders typically ship in 1-3 business days; custom/branded cookies usually need 3-5 business days for production. Order cut-off is 12:00 pm ET—orders after that count toward the next business day.
Do you guarantee a specific delivery date?
We provide estimated delivery windows at checkout, but once a package is with the carrier, transit times aren’t guaranteed. For time-sensitive events, choose an expedited option and build in 1–2 extra days as a buffer.
Can you ship to PO boxes, hotels, or internationally?
We ship across the continental U.S. PO boxes are not available for overnight services. Hotels, hospitals, and offices are fine with a complete address, recipient name, room/department, and a delivery window when someone can receive the package. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship multi-address orders?
We can ship gifts to multiple recipients—use our Bulk Order Form or email info@spectrumofsweets.com
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email info@spectrumofsweets.com with your order # and the correct address and we’ll update it. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, changes require a carrier intercept/reroute (when available) and any fees are the customer’s responsibility. Reroutes can delay delivery and aren’t refundable.
